Our latest development is our Sheave which can be custom made to any requested size requirement to help save weight aloft!

Printed Carbon Fibre, our Sheave takes up to 8mm rope and weighs 14g to replace a 46g aluminium Sheave. Tested to 900kg with a working load of less than 200kg, it is used as the Mainsail Halyard Sheave on a REO 7.7m (25 foot) sports boat

Here at TedTec we load test all new products in house so you know their strength before installation.
